Chad attended Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa where he majored in business administration with an emphasis on management & marketing. After college, Chad lived in the Madison, Wisconsin area for 7 years. During that time, Chad met his wife, Stacia, in the church he attended. Chad became an Owner/Operator at Chick-fil-A in the Southern Hills Mall in Sioux City, IA in 2006. In November 2012, Chad transitioned from the mall location to became the Owner/Operator of the Sergeant Road location upon the construction of the new facility. Running an ever-changing business as a self-employed entrepreneur provides Chad with ample opportunity to exercise his gifts of leadership, developing others, and serving the community.
